Method
As a therapist, we will discover your inner world together.
We do this by making room for your questions, desires, and life themes.
In my practice I use various methods for this, such as systemic and energetic work, mindfulness, and hypnosis

Systemic work
> 1-on-1 setup
Systemic work is based on the idea that we are all part of groups, or systems, and that within all those systems (unconscious) patterns and dynamics determine how individuals move.
A 1-on-1 setup can provide insight and answers to various issues related to your place within these systems.
In a setup we use figures or floor anchors to set up your (family) system.
Below is an example of how a setup can lead to insight.
Suppose you always feel responsible for everyone and therefore have difficulty taking good care of yourself. Establishing your family system may reveal that this responsibility arose because you took over your mother's place at an early age. This meant you had little room to be a child and actually acted as a 'second' parent.
After you have integrated this important insight, you will notice that you connect more easily with your real place. This makes you receptive to the natural flow and allows you to better distinguish what is and is not your responsibility. This gives you more peace of mind and allows you to take better care of yourself.
Energy work
Everything in the world can be seen as energy, information or frequency. When you learn to be available to this information, you can harness it to experience more direction and connection.
My innate sensitivity to subtle energies allows me to perceive information in your energetic system.
During a session, we look at this and I translate the information I perceive.
This gives you insight into things you may not have known, or confirmation of what you already felt but could not put into words. There is room for you to come up with your questions or subjects. Either way, you can trust that your system will show you exactly what is relevant at that moment.
You can consciously use these insights to experience more and more connection and flow in your life.
Because energy isn't time or space-bound, an online session is as powerful as an offline session.

Hypnosis
Hypnosis comes in many forms. Yet people quickly have the image of enchanted people on a stage; hypnosis, however, is much more than that.
It is a state of deep relaxation in which you are open to suggestions and new ideas. In this state, your consciousness is less active and your subconscious more receptive, making it possible to address deep-seated patterns and beliefs that you cannot access with your conscious brain.
We achieve this through guided exercises and visualizations. Once you are in a relaxed state, I will give you suggestions aimed at your specific goals, such as reducing anxiety or changing a particular habit. These suggestions are planted deep in your subconscious mind, allowing them to have a powerful impact on your behavior and emotions.
Sample complaints that hypnosis can work for:
Reduction of stress and anxiety
Trauma symptoms
Insomnia
Pain in the body.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness is about developing a deep, non-judgmental attention to your thoughts, emotions and body. Through regular practice, you learn to focus your attention and observe your thoughts, This provides an openness and calmness and creates a clearer mind.
One of the most widely used techniques within mindfulness is breathing meditation. This involves focusing your attention on your breathing, observing inhalations and exhalations, and returning to this anchor point each time you notice your thoughts wandering.
Another commonly used technique is the body scan. In a body scan you go step by step along different parts of your body, from your toes to your crown. In doing so, you observe without judgment where there is tension or discomfort, which helps you bring more awareness and relaxation into your body.
During a session I lead you in a meditation, allowing you to experience what this can do for you.
In the meditation app InsightTimer I have online meditations available that you can listen to for free (note: they are in English)
